Pick Up or Delivery 

We dispatch purchased items to you via Australia Post and currently ship within Australia only. For more information on Australia Post's policies, please visit https://auspost.com.au/terms-conditions.

Orders are packed and shipped once a week. Upon receiving payment and dispatching the item, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please ensure all your contact details, especially your shipping address are correct and up to date. This is crucial for the safe delivery of your item. If you notice any errors in your address, please notify us as soon as possible. There may still be time to correct it to ensure timely delivery of your item.

Alternatively, you have the option to pick them up by appointment from our location at Allthingswhiting metal work workshop.

* I USE CLEAN RECYCLED/REPURPOSED PACKAGING WHERE EVER I CAN TO GET THE ITEMS TO YOU.

* I hope your piece/s got to you in one piece.

* Ceramics and postal services can be a little difficult in the unfortunate event that the item you receive is damaged or has defects in craftsmanship, we are happy to provide a refund.

Please inspect the item upon receipt and take detailed photos of any defects. Then, contact us within 3 days from the date of receiving your item at allthingswhiting@gmail.com


WHAT TO DO IF THERE IS BREAKAGES IN THE SHIPPING PROCESS

  • Take a photo of the damage including the packaging it came in.
  • Email allthingswhiting@gmail.com with the subject BROKEN IN TRANSIT and the invoice number (#1003ATW)
  • Attach the photos and a brief description about what has happened.
  • Your full name and contact number.
  • As these products are one offs I can’t replicate the piece exactly but will give the option of refunding (less the Shipping cost) or making as close to the original replacement.
  • NOTE making a replacement could take at least 4-6 weeks to make as it depends where in the making cycle I am at, a mug takes weeks to complete each stage.
  • Thank you for understanding if you choose to have another one made I will keep you updated on the progress.
