We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so we encourage you to carefully consider each item before making a purchase. Please note Handmade Unique Items and the Photography Disclaimer sections in the Terms of service tab, which outline the inherent natural characteristics and variations in our products.
However, in the unfortunate event that the item you receive is damaged or has defects in craftsmanship, we are happy to provide a refund. Please inspect the item upon receipt and take detailed photos of any defects. Then, contact us within 3 days from the date of receiving your item at allthingswhiting@gmail.com It's important to note that requests for refunds made after this 3-day period will not be entertained.
